This includes but is not limited to:
- The Dashrah name and wordmark in Arabic (دشره) and English
- The Dashrah application icon and logo design
- Website design, layout, and visual elements
- Marketing materials and copy
2. Software
The Dashrah application, including its source code, architecture, algorithms, and AI integration methods, is proprietary software. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse-engineering is prohibited.
3. Third-Party Trademarks

5. AI-Generated Content
Conversation suggestions generated by Dashrah's AI are produced for your personal use. You are free to use, modify, and send these suggestions as you wish. We make no claim of ownership over AI-generated suggestions once they are provided to you.
6. User Content
You retain full ownership of:
- Your persona profile and preferences
- Photos you upload to the App
- Any messages you compose or send
- Your personal data stored within the App
We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
